Explores the relationship between behaviour-incident load and academic performance across a cohort and date range, surfacing high-concern learners and when incidents cluster. meta.config.behaviour_data is the authoritative priming signal: an empty behaviour layer shows an "awaiting data" state on every card (expected initial condition, never an error). Incident counting deliberately matches the ABC Early-Warning behaviour indicator (each incident counts once) so the two surfaces never disagree; severity weighting affects only dot size and table ranking. The correlation is explicitly framed as association, not cause.
