Questions
Questions about the Corporate L and D pack and what it needs from you.
Where do budget figures come from?
You supply them. Course costs and rates are configured in the admin area, which is what powers cost-per-learner and utilisation. The LMS does not hold money, so nothing here is inferred from it.
How is mandatory training designated?
Mandatory designations and org-unit structure are supplied by you. The surface then tracks completion and validity against them, ranks org units worst-first and produces the chase worklist.
What is the learning-path flow diagram?
A Sankey showing how learners move through the stages of a path: progressing, stalling, dropping out, repeating or completing, with a per-stage drop-off table beside it.
Do you calculate training ROI?
Yes, in the Skills and Competency pack, from the cost rates you configure. It is arithmetic on your own numbers, not a benchmark from someone else's.
Which platforms does LearnBoard support?
LearnNoow and Moodle. Connect either one read-only and the same dashboards, charts, alerts and AI answers run on it. Nothing is installed on LearnNoow; Moodle has two free companion plugins.
