What does the workforce capability screen show?
Scores succession risk for the organisation's critical roles: whether each role's required skills are adequately held by its current holders, how deep the bench of qualified successors is, and where single points of failure sit. Every configured role is treated as critical-role scope and ranked worst-continuity-risk first. The whole surface shows a full-page priming state ("Workforce setup required", CTA to Admin Workforce Setup) until roles and their skill requirements are configured, empty is expected, never fabricated.
