From the product
Scores succession risk for the organisation's critical roles: whether each role's required skills are adequately held by its current holders, how deep the bench of qualified successors is, and where single points of failure sit. Every configured role is treated as critical-role scope and ranked worst-continuity-risk first. Works with LearnNoow and Moodle.

Pin the chart
Onto a board of your own. It redraws live from the same data, it is not a picture of a chart.
Find out what it counts
The info dot carries the definition and the method, so nobody has to guess what a number means.
Take the numbers
Where a table sits behind the card, a CSV button sits beside the others. What you see is what downloads.
Captured from the product
These are screenshots of the real cards, filled with the synthetic dataset the demo runs on. Yours draw from your own LMS.
Rows = roles (worst risk first), columns = required skills; cell = coverage of that skill by role holders.

Capability and succession narrowed to the Customer Support cohort.

Workforce capability
Every card carries an info tooltip stating what it shows and how it is computed, an Ask AI action scoped to its own figures, and a CSV export where the card has a CSV export.

Every configured role is treated as critical-role scope and ranked worst-continuity-risk first. The whole surface shows a full-page priming state ("Workforce setup required", CTA to Admin Workforce Setup) until roles and their skill requirements are configured, empty is expected, never fabricated.
Critical roles covered %, single points of failure, avg bench strength, succession-ready roles %

Bench depth per role; red bars = SPOF, dashed line = adequate threshold (3)
One row per role ranked by continuity risk: required skills, coverage %, bench depth (+developing), succession readiness, risk band
