The incumbent, quote only
Sold through a contact form; directories list it from US$3,000 per feature per year. Your Moodle data is copied to IntelliBoard's cloud, custom reports have an SQL mode, and risk is a machine-learning score whose working is not published. We found no plain-English assistant. LearnerScript
One-time, on your own server
US$2,450 once, for up to 10,000 users on one Moodle site, with a year of support. 85 reports and ten dashboards, built inside your Moodle, so the reporting shares the server your learners use. Edwiser Reports
Nine reports, from US$99 a year
Nine reports is the product, and Edwiser's own page says self-hosted reports take 35 minutes or more on sites above 1,000 users, which is why it now sells a hosted plan from US$39 a month with an AI that answers 30 questions a day and shows its SQL. Ask Your Data is the closest thing to our assistant anywhere in this market, and it is a Canvas product now folded into Canvas Plus and Canvas Next. It does not support Moodle, which is why it is not in the table above.

Custom reports in Moodle 4 and 5 are free, scheduled and good at tables. We have never positioned against them. What they do not reach is charts, dashboards, sector packs, a risk score with a next step, and a plain-English answer on every card.

What is the best IntelliBoard alternative for LearnNoow and Moodle?
LearnBoard, if published pricing and read-only access matter to you. Fifty dashboards and plans from $0 to $899 a month with every price on the site, billed on the Total users your LMS shows, and no sales call to buy. There is a dedicated comparison at our IntelliBoard alternative page.
Why do two of these products not publish a price?
We cannot answer for IntelliBoard or Zoola. What we can say is that we publish all five of ours, you can buy four of them online, and the fifth is quoted because its limits are negotiated rather than listed.
Is LearnBoard cheaper than the alternatives?
LearnBoard starts free, with eight dashboards that never expire, and every paid price is published. Edwiser is cheaper on paper at US$99 a year for nine reports. What a LearnBoard plan buys is up to fifty dashboards, an assistant on every card with no daily cap, a risk score with a next step, and reporting that does not run on your LMS server.
Does LearnBoard slow our LMS down?
It should not. LearnBoard reads your LMS database over a read-only connection and prepares the numbers ahead of time, so dashboards load from cache rather than from live queries, and the rendering happens in LearnBoard rather than in your LMS.
Is Moodle's built-in reporting enough?
For tables, often yes, and it is free. Custom reports in Moodle 4 and 5 schedule well and cover fifteen data sources. They do not draw charts, build dashboards, score risk with a next step, or answer a question in plain English. LearnBoard is for the day those are the questions.
Can we run LearnBoard on our own servers?
Yes. Self-hosting is available for government and Enterprise customers, quoted on a call, and it installs through a browser wizard rather than a consultant. It is quoted by us rather than bought online.
How current is the table above?
