What does the unit of competency screen show?
Tracks each learner's NVR outcome state against every unit of competency in scope, Competent, Not-Yet-Competent, Withdrawn, or Not commenced. Outcomes are derived from Moodle completion records, required-activity progress, final grades against a course pass mark, and enrolment status, so the RTO can see at a glance which units and which learners need attention before assessment sign-off. When registered units are not yet mapped to courses, each course stands in as one unit (a "proxy" mode) so the tracker always reflects real enrolment data rather than showing an empty scaffold.
