Reports You Build, or Answers Already There.

LearnerScript is a report builder that lives inside your Moodle. LearnBoard starts where a builder stops: the fifty dashboards are already made, every at-risk learner is explained, every chart answers in plain English, and none of it runs on the server your learners are using. Checked against LearnerScript's own pages on 6 October 2026.

Three things LearnBoard does that LearnerScript does not

Already built

The answers are already built.

Fifty dashboards and five sector packs, named before you buy and filled the day you connect. LearnerScript ships 85 reports and ten dashboards, and reviewers call it complex to set up. Proof: the dashboards page, every one named.

The executive overview in LearnBoard, one of fifty dashboards filled the day you connect

Explained risk, answered charts

It explains risk and answers questions.

A 0 to 100 score with the points behind it and a next step for every learner, and an Ask AI button on every chart. LearnerScript has neither. Proof: Learners at risk and any card in the demo.

Off your server

It runs off your Moodle server.

LearnerScript runs inside your Moodle, on the database your learners are using. LearnBoard reads it read-only from its own server, prepares the numbers ahead of time, and puts only the charts you choose back on your Moodle pages. Proof: the Security page.

Switching takes an afternoon, not a project

Three steps, in the order you do them. Nothing here needs a developer or a change window.

Step one

Connect read-only

A database user that can only SELECT, or the free Moodle plugin. The Core dashboards fill in the same session.

Step two

Run both for a fortnight

Business is free for 14 days with no card. Put the two side by side on your own numbers.

Step three

Switch when the numbers agree

Nothing is migrated: your history lives in your LMS, and LearnBoard reads all of it, from the first enrolment to today.

Questions

Switching questions answered without pretending.

Is LearnBoard a replacement for LearnerScript?

For Moodle and LearnNoow, yes. The reports LearnerScript lets you build are already built as dashboards in LearnBoard, and the two can run side by side while you compare.

What does LearnBoard do that LearnerScript does not?

Explains every at-risk learner with a next step, answers any chart in plain English, carries five sector packs, and runs its reporting off your Moodle server. Nothing to build before the first answer.

Can we still build our own reports?

Yes. Pin any chart from any dashboard to a board of your own, arrange it, set it as home and share it with a person, a role or everyone. No SQL and no dataset to assemble.

Can we run LearnBoard on our own servers like LearnerScript?

Yes. Self-hosting is available for government and Enterprise customers, installed through a browser wizard and quoted on a call.

What does LearnBoard cost compared with LearnerScript?

LearnerScript is US$2,450 once for up to 10,000 users on one site. LearnBoard starts free with eight dashboards, then US$99, US$399 and US$899 a month, every price published.

Do we lose our history if we switch?

No. Your history lives in your LMS, not in the reporting tool. LearnBoard reads all of it, from the first enrolment to today.

Which platforms does LearnBoard support?

LearnNoow and Moodle. Connect either one read-only and the same dashboards, charts, alerts and AI answers run on it. LearnNoow has LearnBoard built in; Moodle has one free companion plugin. Canvas is coming soon.
