How much does LearnBoard cost?
LearnBoard is Free for 15 of the 50 dashboards with no card, $199 a month for Pro, $399 a month for Business, which opens all 50 dashboards and all eight packs, and $899 a month for Scale. Enterprise is quoted. Billing counts learners active in your LMS in the last 90 days, not registered accounts, and the first four plans are bought online without a sales call.

Questions about pricing before you pick a plan.
What counts as an active learner?
One person with any activity in your LMS in the last 90 days. Someone who registered three years ago and has not logged in since is not billed. Most competitors count every registered account, which is why their number is larger than the number of people using the thing.
What happens if we go over the learner limit?
You get a warning. Nothing stops. Syncing continues, nothing is deleted and no dashboard closes. A billing conversation should never be the reason your data stops arriving.
Is the free plan a trial that runs out?
No. Signing up gives you everything for 14 days, then settles to Free and stays there. You keep your connection, your data and the 15 Core dashboards for as long as you want them. There is no card in the process.
Do we need to talk to anyone to buy?
Not up to $899 a month. Pro, Business and Scale are self-serve. Enterprise is quoted because the limits are negotiated rather than listed.
Can we change plan later?
Yes, from the billing screen inside the product. Upgrading unlocks the extra packs immediately.
What is the annual discount?
Annual is exactly ten times the monthly price, so two months are free. There is no other discount, no launch price and no countdown.
Can we run it on our own servers?
Yes. Self-hosted is a one-time licence at $3,990, with an optional $990 a year for updates and support. It installs through a browser wizard rather than a consultant. It is quoted by us rather than bought online.
Which platforms does LearnBoard support?
LearnNoow and Moodle. Connect either one read-only and the same dashboards, charts, alerts and AI answers run on it. Nothing is installed on LearnNoow; Moodle has two free companion plugins.
