Onboarding Ramp / Time-to-Productivity
How fast new hires finish onboarding: the cumulative ramp curve by days since start, intake comparisons, and who is on track or lagging. Read the guide
The Corporate and Enterprise screens are five LearnBoard dashboards for organisations that train their people on Moodle. They answer the questions L&D teams are asked by the business: how fast new hires get productive, who is overdue on mandatory training, whether learners would recommend the training, how much of the budget has gone and what each learner cost, and where learners leave a learning path. They are for L&D managers, HR, compliance officers, finance partners and team leads.

Who is compliant, who is overdue and where the gaps sit, by department, role or location, with a RAG grid and the worklist to chase. Read the guide
Learner Satisfaction / NPS Trend
Net Promoter Score over time, response rates, which courses, cohorts and instructors drive satisfaction, and an AI summary of what learners write. Read the guide
Budget Utilisation / Cost-per-Learner

Learning-Path Flow
How learners move through a path’s stages: where they progress, stall, drop out or loop back to repeat, with a drill-down to the people at each stage. Read the guide
From Moodle, always
Enrolments, activity completion, course completions, certificates, grades, groups, profile fields and the activity log. Onboarding Ramp and Learning-Path Flow need nothing else.
Mandatory training
Mandatory-Training Compliance needs at least one requirement set up under Mandatory training. Roles come from Workforce setup.
Training costs
Budget Utilisation builds its spend from Training Cost Setup. Utilisation also needs a budget allocation for the selection.
Survey responses
Learner Satisfaction / NPS Trend reads survey responses LearnBoard holds for your workspace, not Moodle’s feedback activities.
Every screen counts learners the same way as the rest of LearnBoard: people with an active student enrolment. Teachers, other staff, suspended accounts and suspended enrolments are left out, and completion rate is completed enrolments divided by enrolments.
