VET and RTO dashboards
The VET and RTO screens are five LearnBoard dashboards for registered training organisations and other vocational education and training providers that deliver on Moodle. They show competency outcomes per learner and unit, completion across demographic groups, whether your AVETMISS records are ready for the annual collection, how apprentices are tracking on the job, and how consistently assessors judge. They are for RTO compliance managers, training managers, data officers, assessors and validation panels.
These screens help you prepare and evidence your reporting. They read your Moodle data and your own records; they do not submit anything to a regulator, and LearnBoard does not claim any regulatory endorsement.
At a glance
Section titled “At a glance”- Where to find them: the VET & RTO section of the sidebar.
- Plan: all five screens are part of the VET & RTO pack. On a plan without the pack they stay visible in the sidebar, greyed out with a lock, and open to a locked page with Compare plans (and View plans & upgrade for billing administrators).
- Who can open them: the Admin and Manager roles by default. The Team lead role opens the Unit-of-Competency Outcome Tracker and Apprenticeship / On-Job Training, with figures limited to their own Moodle groups. The Viewer role does not include these specialist screens by default, and the Learner role cannot open them.
- What they need: a connected Moodle data source. The AVETMISS and TVA screens also need AVETMISS demographic records, and the Apprenticeship screen needs apprenticeship records. Each screen shows a clear “not set up yet” state until its data exists.
