Learner views

The Learner views are the LearnBoard screens that look at people rather than courses. Staff use the Learner Dashboard to read one learner’s whole record, team leads use My Team to follow the people in their own Moodle groups, and learners use My Learning to see their own progress. All three sit in the Learner section of the sidebar.

Learner Dashboard

Pick any learner and see their progress, assessments, grades, activity and certificates, then open one course for what is left to do. Route /learner-dashboard. For Admin, Manager, Viewer and Team lead roles. Read the Learner Dashboard guide

My Team

For team leads: the people in your own Moodle groups, how far through your courses they are, when they were last in, who is at risk and what they have completed. Route /team. For the Team lead role. Read the My Team guide

My Learning

A learner’s own progress, assessments, activity and certificates, and nobody else’s. The home page for learners who sign in from Moodle. Route /my-learning. For every role, on every plan. Read the My Learning guide

  • You look after many learners and want one person’s full record: the Learner Dashboard.
  • You are a non-editing teacher, course-level manager or company manager who signs in from Moodle: My Team. Every other screen you open also counts only your own groups.
  • You are a learner, or a member of staff who wants your own record: My Learning.
