Your own sandbox
Each visitor gets an isolated workspace of their own. Nobody else sees what you pin, share or change.
The instant demo lets anyone try the whole of LearnBoard on sample data, without installing anything and without a card. This page explains how to open it, what the data is, and what behaves differently inside a demo.
At a glance
If you open an old demo link, the screen says That demo link has expired. Demo links work once and for a short while. Press Get a new code to request a fresh one.
Every demo reads a shared sample Moodle dataset made of synthetic people and courses. It is never a real customer’s data. The figures are the same kind you would see on your own Moodle, so every card, chart and table has something in it.
Two screens are about one person: My Learning shows a learner’s own progress, and My team shows a teacher’s own groups. In a real workspace those show whoever signed in from Moodle. In a demo they show a sample learner or teacher from the demo’s Moodle, with a note that starts Sample view: and names them.

Three hours
The Usage panel at the bottom of the menu shows Demo time left, counting down.
Admin console is look-only
You can open the Admin console to see what an administrator can do. Its cards are shown and described, but they do not change anything.
No email goes out
Invitations, scheduled reports and renewal reminders are refused, so a demo can never send mail to anyone.
A small AI allowance
The AI assistant works, on a capped allowance. When it is used up the assistant says so; everything else keeps working.
No dashboards yet
Your sandbox starts with no saved dashboards, so you can pin your first card and see how building one works.
