How is the site doing overall?
Start with Executive overview: the headline figures, what changed, and what to do next.
Insight is LearnBoard’s core section: the screens that answer the everyday questions about a Moodle site. How many people are learning and how active are they, which courses are working, how assessments are going, who is at risk of dropping out, where learners stall between enrolment and certificate, and how one group compares with another. It is the first section in the menu and the one most people open each day.

Groups filter
The Groups button in the bar under the top bar narrows every card, table and CSV on every screen to a programme, department, campus, learner category or cohort, until you clear it.
Last updated and Refresh
The bar under the top bar shows how old the figures are, and Refresh works them out again.
