Government and Public Sector dashboards

The Government and Public Sector screens are four LearnBoard dashboards for public-sector organisations that train on Moodle and have to show evidence: that key roles are covered, that learners with accommodations and learners of every language are served equitably, and that mandatory training was completed. They are for workforce planners, compliance officers, auditors, equity leads and training managers.

At a glance

  • Where to find them: the Government & Public Sector section of the sidebar.
  • Plan: all four screens are part of the Government & Public Sector pack. On a plan without the pack they stay visible in the sidebar, greyed out with a lock, and open to a locked page with Compare plans (and View plans & upgrade for billing administrators).
  • Who can open them: the Admin and Manager roles by default. The Team lead role opens Workforce Capability and Succession, the Accessibility report and the Regulatory Training Audit, with figures limited to their own Moodle groups. The Viewer role does not include these specialist screens by default, and the Learner role cannot open them.
  • What they need: a connected Moodle data source. Workforce Capability also needs roles set up under Workforce Setup, and the Accessibility report needs accommodation records.
